Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund minus any nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations within 30 days may incur partial refunds based on incurred expenses. ​In the event of cancellation by the organizer, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Changes: Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the changes. The organizer reserves the right to change the event date or location. Attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and they will have the option to either accept the new date/location or receive a full refund.

Liability: Kingdom Connections is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during the event. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all safety regulations are met.

Accessibility: We strive to accommodate all accessibility needs. Please inform us of any specific requirements at least two weeks before the event.

Data Protection: Personal information collected will be used solely for event planning and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure: Kingdom Connections is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.
